Lindsay Sessor and Leigh Ann Shepherd met while working and sharing an office at Nationwide Children's Hospital Center for Autism Spectrum Disorders. Inspired by the amazing children and families they worked with, both have dedicated their careers to serving those affected by an autism spectrum disorder or with other behavioral needs. Seeing a vast need, Lindsay and Leigh Ann formed COBC to provide effective behavioral intervention programs and flexible service options to families in the central Ohio area.
